Four years later, it still got him in the end


Alan died on 13 December 2008 from Acute Type A Aortic Dissection at John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford.


I will always wonder if he would have lived longer had he had his operation before his aneurysm was allowed to grow to such a dangerous size.

Alan leaves behind a young son who will always wonder why the NHS deliberately misdiagnosed his father.
